iPad Gun Art.

I drew this with the App “Paper” by 53.  Definitely reaching my 3rd grade level art ability.

You Might Be A Liberal….

talkstraight:

….If you believe that the mountains of corpses and rivers of blood that have been the chief result of all communist “experiments” are merely collateral damage, a possibly regrettable but unavoidable byproduct of the high-minded attempts to build paradise on earth and thus nothing to talk about.

Whaaaaa! “Because I’m Black….”

“This is a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him,” Holder said, according to the Times. “Both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”

“The troubles of the world may largely be laid at the doors of those who are neither hot nor cold; who always follow the line of least resistance; whose timid hearts flutter at taking sides for truth.”

“I accept humbly this obligation and challenge and gratefully strive to do my duty without fear. In times as serious as these, we must not permit fear of criticism to keep us from doing our duty, even at the risk of our counsel being tabbed as political, as government becomes more and more entwined in our daily lives.

In the crisis through which we are now passing, we have been fully warned. This has brought forth some criticism. There are some of us who do not want to hear the message. It embarrasses us.

The things which are threatening our lives, our welfare, our freedoms are the very things some of us have been condoning. Many do not want to be disturbed as they continue to enjoy their comfortable complacency.”

Ron Paul says:

“Vigilant, observant, law-abiding, gun-owning citizens defend themselves and stop crimes every day before police can respond. That is the source of real security in America: the 2nd Amendment right to defend oneself. The answer is for people to be empowered to protect themselves.”

As Usual… “The Media Silence is Deafening” when it comes to pro gun news.

The great body of our citizens shoot less as times goes on. We should encourage rifle practice among schoolboys, and indeed among all classes, as well as in the military services by every means in our power. Thus, and not otherwise, may we be able to assist in preserving peace in the world. The first step - in the direction of preparation to avert war if possible, and to be fit for war if it should come - is to teach men to shoot!

Just as relevant today as it was 60 years ago… maybe more so.

Well said!

To be perfectly realistic…

…we are indeed done. Look at the things that have to change in this society, and then ponder the extreme level of pain that is going to be required to get the average American to make those changes. In short, this nation simply does not possess the character or virtue to voluntarily make the corrections that are needed. And so they will be made for us by the sheer force of an economic and societal collapse, and most likely, a war.

weaponsystems:

Gun enthusiasts are rallying opposition to a string of new federal proposals that could close off hundreds of thousands of acres in the open West to target shooting. The proposals from the Bureau of Land Management potentially would outlaw target shooting in swaths of public land in Arizona and Colorado as part of a broader conservation planning effort.
